Controladores de tráfego aquaviário fazem treinamento no Rio de Janeiro

Quatro funcionários participaram do Curso de Radioperador GMDSS

Mais um grupo de controladores de tráfego aquaviário concluiu treinamento no processo de formação de operadores do Sistema de Gerenciamento e Informação do Tráfego de Embarcações (Vessel Traffic Management Information System), o VTMIS do Porto de Santos.

Desta vez, quatro funcionários da Autoridade Portuária participaram do Curso de Radioperador do Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS), realizado no Centro de Treinamento de empresa West Group, no Rio de Janeiro.

O curso visa qualificar os profissionais, de acordo com normas internacionais e da Marinha do Brasil, nas áreas técnica e de socorro e salvamento de pessoas e embarcações em situações de emergência.
