Uma história longa para falar do final de semana?!?!
02 anos atrás eu estava com 138 kg, 56 acima meu peso, estava tentando voltar a correr depois de 26 anos parado, estou com 60. Mas também não podemos esquecer das alianças, pois aqueles que competem conosco, podem e devem ser também aliados estratégicos;
3 – finalmente, nos ensina a conhecer nossos limites e a tomar decisões estratégicas: vale a pena tanto treino para fazer parte desta empresa? Vou me contentar em ser sempre chão de fábrica ??
