Uma história longa para falar do final de semana?!?!
02 anos atrás eu estava com 138 kg, 56 acima meu peso, estava tentando voltar a correr depois de 26 anos parado, estou com 60. Em setembro de 2015, eu que nunca tinha ganho um sorteio na vida fui sorteado ! Treinei igual maluco, perdi 38 kg e lá fui eu! Para ganhar a medalha, você tem de fazer os 25 em 03:30. Resolvi me inscrever de novo, precisava ganhar esta serra . E não é que fui sorteado no quarto sorteio, depois de uma porrada de desistências? Já era fevereiro, apesar de ter treinado, não me sentia bem, mas vim, tinha de vir. As dores foram insuportáveis, tive de subir de ambulância. Frustração, decepção, raiva, um misto de tudo veio na minha mente, a serra me venceu mais uma vez!

Mas também não podemos esquecer das alianças, pois aqueles que competem conosco, podem e devem ser também aliados estratégicos;
3 – finalmente, nos ensina a conhecer nossos limites e a tomar decisões estratégicas: vale a pena tanto treino para fazer parte desta empresa? Vou me contentar em ser sempre chão de fábrica ?? Meu talento está de acordo com os desafios desta corporação? Quanto tempo eu teria de treinar duro, abrindo até mesmo mao de vida familiar, para chegar perto do topo? Não seria melhor uma recolocação onde eu possa usar na plenitude meu talento nato?
